From March 3-9, we recognize Black Mental Health Week (BMHW) and this year’s theme: Joy as Resistance. Throughout the week our Community Wellbeing Team will be hosting a series of events that celebrate identity, community, and joy.

From sensory boards to food giveaways and free self-care goodie bags with STPG, each event has been designed to centre joy as we honour the strength within Black communities and the role of mental well-being in empowerment and restoration.

The session will be held from 6-8pm at the Jane Finch Mall (1911 Finch Avenue West) in the JFM+ space across from Shoppers Drug Mart.
