The Black Creek Services Map is a community resource map consisting of social and health services available to residents in the Jane-Finch/Black Creek community. Each Icon represents an organization or agency in the community that offers different programs and services.
211 Support

SafeTO Zone 1 Community Safety map
This interactive map shows the wide range of community programs and services available across Northwest Toronto. Whether you’re looking for mental health support, youth programs, education, job opportunities, or other local services, this map is here to help you discover what’s available in your community.
This tool was created by the Jane/Finch Centre, in collaboration with the Sex Trafficking Prevention Group (STPG), and is funded by the City of Toronto.
Toronto Community Crisis Service (TCCS)
The Toronto Community Crisis Service (TCCS) dispatches trained teams of multidisciplinary crisis workers to respond to people experiencing a mental health crisis. It is a community-based, non-police response to mental health crisis calls and well-being checks.
Individuals experiencing or witnessing a mental health crisis can access the Toronto Community Crisis Service by calling 211 or 911. Appropriate calls will be dispatched based on the call location, dispatch criteria and availability of teams.

eSafetyFirst has generously provided the Jane/Finch Centre with a limited number of free online training courses for our clients. These cover important topics such as health and safety awareness, workplace mental health, food safety, and more.
