Let’s End Period Poverty donation collection
From now until April 30th, we will be partnering with 100 Strong & Sexy and Miss Jully Black to collect menstrual products and toiletries donations!
BCFE Community Discussion: Finch West LRT Maintenance & Storage Facility (MSF)
Join Black Creek Fair Economies (BCFE) on Tuesday, May 7th for an in-person community discussion to learn about how the new Finch West LRT Maintenance & Storage Facility (Finch MSF) will operate on a daily basis, how it will be staffed and what partners are involved.
BCFE is a project at the Jane/Finch Centre that has been working to create more local hiring opportunities in the Jane-Finch area through major anchor facilities, like the Finch MSF, Humber Meadows Long-Term Care Home, and York University.
Come for the Open House and/or the Presentation & Discussion. You’ll have a chance to hear from and speak directly with staff from:
