Jane/Finch Community and Family Centre is a community based organization driven by passion, innovation and a strong commitment to social justice, community engagement and collaboration. Our Vision is a healthy Jane Finch community – strong, inclusive, socially and politically active through diversity, opportunity and participation.

The Centre’s goals are grounded on two main themes: Organizational Health and Community Engagement, Participation and Response. To ensure these goals are met, the community is given opportunities to participate in the decisions that impact on their lives.

Our staff and volunteers are able to respond appropriately to new and emerging issues as identified by the community. We recognize and value the fact that residents, volunteers and staff are committed to building a healthier Jane Finch community and aim to expand on this potential.

We are committed to building our capacity to adjust to the changing needs of our participants, and promote the healthy growth of our organization and community.
